Now that you have read through our introductory letter, here is a more detailed version of the products we carry.  We have great relationships with our suppliers many of whom have been with us for many years now, and we strive to bring you only the very best products on the market. 

Below you will find the 5 components that make up the Built Up Roofing system (BUR).  This system consists of the following: 

-         Light Weight Screed- To achieve the proper Slopes

-         Waterproofing Membrane- For Water Tightness.  Different types are available

-         Insulation- To keep heat out and your electricity bills down!

-         Geotextile- A filter layer to keep dust and debris from clogging your drains

-         Ballast- Provides the necessary weight to keep everything in its place.
