Wet Areas Waterproofing
Wet areas waterproofing is very important because it requires a very high degree of attention to detail. Usually in toilets, pantries, and planter boxes, there conditions are very cramped, and there is plenty of detail work to be done around the assortment of pipes and penetrations. We usually use a torch applied membrane for these areas. In some instances where speed is of the essence, or where cost is an implication, we are able to use a liquid coating. In general, the same holds true for wet areas as it does for roofs, the type and quality of waterproofing you choose will have a direct correlation with your future piece of mind. |
